When you use the services provided by www.qacctv.com and other related websites (hereinafter referred to as "Weizhi Websites") developed and operated by Weizhi, as well as all software including "cam720" and "JOOAN" (hereinafter referred to as "Weizhi Software"), Weizhi will collect, process and disclose your information in accordance with this "Weizhi Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy").

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all Weizhi services, which refer to various services provided by Weizhi through the Weizhi website, Weizhi software, and Weizhi cloud services.

Please note that this policy does not apply to other third-party products/services (“other third parties”, including any third-party websites and third-party service providers) that you access through our products/services. For specific provisions, please refer to the privacy policy or similar statement of the third party.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can, alone or in combination with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person (the explanations of specialized terms in this document are all from the "Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specification", the same below). The personal information covered by this policy includes: basic information (including personal name, personal phone number, and email address); personal identity information (including ID card, military officer's certificate, passport, driver's license, and other relevant identity documents); personal location information; network identity information (including system account, IP address, email address, and related passwords and security questions); personal internet browsing history (including search history, software usage history, and click history); personal frequently used device information (including hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, software list unique device identifier (such as IMEI/Android ID/GAID/OAID/CAID/IDFA/IDFV/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc., describing the basic information of personal frequently used devices); and video content containing personal information.

Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, and is highly likely to cause damage to an individual's reputation, mental and physical health, or discriminatory treatment. The sensitive personal information covered in this policy includes: personal identification information (including ID cards, military officer ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, and household registration certificates); online identity verification information (including usernames, nicknames, email addresses, and related passwords); other information (including personal phone numbers, mobile phone numbers, web browsing history, and precise location information); relevant identity verification documents; and video content containing sensitive personal information.

2.1 Information collected by Weizhi during your use of the service

Our products and/or services include core functionalities such as services on the Weizhi website and basic functions related to Weizhi products based on the Weizhi Cloud (such as video surveillance preview, device operation and control, etc.). We may collect, store, and use certain information about you to enable these functions. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to enjoy the products and/or services we provide.

Our products and/or services also include additional features, such as Weizhi Cloud storage, call reminders, message notifications, and device unbinding. If you use these additional features, we will collect corresponding personal information based on the features you choose to use. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still browse the Weizhi website and use the basic functions of Weizhi products, but you will not be able to use the corresponding additional features.

2.1.1 During your use of our products and/or services, we will collect information that you actively provide or that is generated as a result of your use of our products and/or services in the following ways, in order to provide you with our products and/or services, optimize our products and/or services, and protect your account security:

1) When you register an account to use our products and/or services, we collect your username, password, email address, mobile phone number, IP address, and other information. We collect your mobile phone number to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding real-name registration on the internet. The mobile phone number you submit is used to receive verification codes when registering, logging in, binding your account, and retrieving your password, and it is also one of your designated contact methods with Weizhi for receiving relevant business notifications (such as new product launches, service changes, etc.). If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to use our products and/or services normally. When the App and third-party SDK are in silent mode or running in the background, they collect information such as IP address, IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software installation list, location, contacts, call logs, calendar, SMS messages, local phone number, images, audio, and video, which are used to complete online registration, login, account binding, and language selection.

2) When you search for products, videos, or other information, we collect your search results to facilitate your repetition of input or to display information related to your search. Please note that your search keywords cannot identify you on their own and are not considered your personal information. We have the right to use them for any purpose. Only when your search keywords are combined with other information and can identify you will we treat your search keywords as your personal information and process and protect them along with your search history in accordance with this policy during the period of such combined use.

3) When you use Weizhi Cloud services, Weizhi will receive and record information related to your device (such as device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, and other hardware and software characteristics) and device location (such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor information such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information) based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. Weizhi may associate the first two types of information to provide you with consistent services across different devices.

4) When you use Weizhi 's website or software services, Weizhi will automatically collect detailed information about your usage of Weizhi services and save it as a network log. This includes your search queries, IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, language used, access date and time, and records of the web pages you visited.

5) When you purchase products and/or services from Weizhi , we will also collect your order information, including the order number, information about the goods or services you purchased, the amount you paid, the payment method, the recipient's information, and the delivery address. We will use this information to confirm transactions, settle payments, complete delivery, check your orders, provide customer service and after-sales service, and determine if your transaction is abnormal to protect your transaction security.

6) When you configure network usage for your bound smart camera or other devices, we will collect information about the bound device (most often the device serial number) and basic information about the client terminal device (client type, client version number, device model, hardware identifier, operating system version number, carrier information, and optical transceiver). When your device connects via Wi-Fi, we will also collect your device's network connection method, carrier, Wi-Fi information (Wi-Fi SSID, BSSID, signal strength), and Wi-Fi password. When your device connects via Bluetooth, we will collect the Bluetooth MAC address information of your smart hardware device. This information is essential for completing device binding and providing you with further services. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the device addition function. Furthermore, when you configure the network for your IoT hardware devices, we will use the location permissions of your client terminal device to search for Wi-Fi information in order to complete the network configuration function for you; refusing to grant location permissions will prevent you from using this function. Please note that this location information is not uploaded to the server and we will not record or store it.

7) When you use the surveillance video preview, playback, replay, and download functions, we will collect your surveillance device's ID, internal IP address, external IP address, current network type, current network status, and your client terminal device's carrier type, client type, client version number, operating system version, operating system type, device model, screen width, screen height, and screen orientation to enable you to use these functions. Additionally, we will collect your phone's accelerometer sensor information when you use the preview and playback functions to determine the phone's screen orientation. This information is essential for using the surveillance video viewing function; if you refuse to provide it, we will be unable to provide you with the corresponding service. When you use the surveillance video preview and playback functions, we will collect a screenshot of the current video feed from your surveillance device to show you, helping you identify the monitored location.

8) When you enable message notifications, we will collect screenshots from your camera and push them to you. You can disable this feature in your account settings.

9) When you use some of our value-added services, we need you to fill in the corresponding personal information so that we can provide you with those services later. We will only collect your personal information as needed to provide those value-added services and will only use that collected personal information to provide you with those services. For example, when you subscribe to our phone reminder service, we need you to fill in your mobile phone number so that we can contact you when a notification is sent.

10) Our customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information, order information, and the product information you have linked. To ensure your account security, our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales services related to your order information, we will check your order information. You may provide other information when communicating with our customer service personnel, such as when you request us to change your delivery address, contact person, or contact number. When you need us to provide customer service and after-sales services related to the product information you have linked, we will check your linked product information.

11) Based on your use of Weizhi services, including user consultation records, fault reports, and troubleshooting processes (such as communication or call records), Weizhi will record and analyze this information to respond to your help requests more promptly and to improve services.

12) In addition, we may launch third-party service functions. When you use these functions, we will not disclose or reveal your personal information to the third-party service providers without your permission.

13) If we need to obtain your personal information outside of the above scenarios, we will obtain your explicit consent again, and will fully explain the application scenario and the content and scope of obtaining your relevant information to you before obtaining your explicit consent.

14) When you use Weizhi 's advertising services, with your consent, we may receive and record your network device hardware address, network-related information, device identification code (such as IMEI/Android ID/GAID/IDFA/IDFV/OPENUDID/GUID, etc., which describe the basic information of your commonly used devices), device parameter information, software and hardware operating system information, date information, application information, accelerometer, gyroscope, gravity sensor, and location information, and share them with our authorized advertising partners to provide you with advertisements that may be of interest to you in scenarios such as splash screens, and to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our advertising placement and other promotional and marketing activities and business analysis.

15) I. Description of Personalized Advertising Services

We may use your browsing preferences and usage habits while using this app to show you more personalized advertising content that better suits your needs, in order to improve your ad browsing experience. If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, you can turn off the personalized ad switch through the following path. After turning it off, you will still see ads, but the ad content will no longer be accurately recommended based on your personal information, and will instead display general ads.

II. Path to turn off personalized advertising switch

You can disable personalized ads through the settings within this app. The specific steps are as follows: Open this app → Go to the 【My】 page → Find and click the 【About Us】 option → On the 【About Us】 page, select 【Ad Settings】 → Click the toggle button for 【Personalized Ads】 to disable personalized ads. If you wish to re-enable personalized ads later, simply follow the same path and click the 【Personalized Ads】 toggle button again. We will strictly adhere to your settings when processing ad display services to protect your privacy and right to choose. 2.1.2 During the use of the Weizhi software, we will use the following permissions, which are listed below along with their uses:

2.1.3 You fully understand that we do not need your authorization or consent to collect or use your personal information in the following circumstances:

4) Cases where it is necessary to protect the vital legitimate rights and interests of the data subject or other individuals, such as life and property, but obtaining their consent is difficult;

5) The personal information collected was disclosed to the public by the individual who voluntarily provided the information;

6) Your personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

7) Necessary for signing a contract according to your requirements;

8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as detecting and handling product and/or service malfunctions;

9) Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

10) When academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research for the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, they shall de-identify the personal information contained in the results.

2.2 Rules for the Use of Your Personal Information

2.2.1 We will use your personal information in accordance with the following rules:

However, this statistical information does not contain any personally identifiable information.

2.2.5 When we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy, or to use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance by having you actively check a box.

3.1 About Cookies and Similar Technologies

3.2.1. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to achieve the following functions or services:

3.2.2. Most browsers provide users with the function to clear browser cache data, which can be done in the browser settings. However, if you do this, you will need to manually change your user settings every time you visit the Weizhi website or software, and all your previously recorded information will be deleted, which may have a certain impact on the security of the services you use.

3.3.3 Emails sent to you by Weizhi may contain links to Weizhi website content. If you click on such a link, Weizhi will track the click to help us understand your product or service preferences so that we can proactively improve your customer service experience. If you do not wish your activity to be tracked in this way, you can unsubscribe from Weizhi 's mailing list at any time.

3.3 Our Commitment to the Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

We promise that the information collected by Weizhi using cookies and similar technologies will only be used to improve service/product quality and optimize user experience, and we will not use it for any purpose other than those described in this policy. Furthermore, if third-party service providers who integrate their services into our products or services also collect your personal information through cookies and similar technologies, we will make our best commercial efforts to require them to comply with the requirements for the use of cookies and similar technologies under this policy.

4.1.1 Weizhi will not share your user information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Weizhi , except in the following circumstances:

3) When Weizhi initiates litigation or arbitration against you to protect its legitimate rights and interests;

4) In accordance with the relevant service agreement, usage rules, etc., between you and Weizhi ;

6) It complies with the agreements between you and other third parties;

7) Other circumstances required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law.

4.1.2 We may share your personal information with our authorized partners: Weizhi may entrust trusted partners to provide services, and therefore Weizhi may share some of your user information with partners to provide better customer service and optimize user experience. Weizhi will only share your user information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share user information necessary to provide the service. Weizhi 's partners are not authorized to use the shared user information for any other purpose. Currently, Weizhi 's authorized partners include the following types: suppliers, service providers, and other partners. Weizhi will send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners that support Weizhi 's business, including providing basic technical services, consulting, analysis, and other professional services. Weizhi will sign strict confidentiality agreements and information protection agreements with companies, organizations, and individuals with whom Weizhi shares user information, requiring them to process user information in accordance with Weizhi 's instructions, this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

4.1.3 In order to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Weizhi , you or other Weizhi users, such as to prevent illegal activities such as fraud and reduce credit risk, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personal information for profit in violation of the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

4.1.4 You may share your videos, location information, identity information, etc., with specific individuals, or share your own videos, location information, identity information, etc., with unspecified individuals based on our products and/or services. 4) In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation between Weizhi and other legal entities, or other situations involving mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if the transfer of user information is involved, Weizhi will require the new company or organization holding your user information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, Weizhi will require the company, organization, or individual to obtain your authorization and consent again.

4.3 Public Disclosure

4.3.1 Weizhi will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

1) After obtaining your explicit consent or based on your active choice;

2) Disclosure based on law: We may disclose your personal information when required by law, legal process, litigation or mandatory requirements of government authorities.

4.4 Exceptions to Obtaining Prior Authorization and Consent for Sharing, Transferring, and Publicly Disclosing Personal Information Please understand that, according to applicable laws, regulations, and national standards, including the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Cybersecurity Law," and the "Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specification," we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. Related to the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;

2. Those directly related to national security and defense security;

3. Those directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

5. For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals' life, property, or other vital legal rights, but where obtaining their consent is difficult;

6. You have voluntarily disclosed your personal information to the public;

7. Collecting personal information from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels.

V. How We Protect Your Personal Information

5.1 Weizhi attaches great importance to your information security. Weizhi will strive to take all reasonable physical, electronic and managerial security measures to protect your user information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. Weizhi will use encryption technology to improve the security of user information; Weizhi will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on user information; Weizhi will establish strict data usage and access systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user information and require them to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations.

5.2 Weizhi will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant user information. Weizhi will only temporarily and permanently retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy. Unless the user cancels their account or contacts us to delete their personal information, Weizhi will delete or anonymize your personal information.

5.3 Despite having taken the aforementioned reasonable and effective measures and complied with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, we still cannot guarantee the security of your personal information when it is communicated through insecure channels. Therefore, you should take proactive measures to help Weizhi ensure the security of your account, such as setting a complex password, changing your account password regularly, and not disclosing your account password or other personal information to others. Weizhi will do its best to protect the security of any information you send to Weizhi . If Weizhi 's physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, and causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, Weizhi will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

5.4 The risk of information leakage always exists in the network environment. In the event of an accident, force majeure, or other circumstances that lead to a user information security incident (leakage, loss, etc.), Weizhi will, in accordance with legal requirements, promptly inform you of: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures Weizhi has taken or will take, suggestions for your self-protection and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you. Weizhi will promptly inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident via email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to notify each user individually, Weizhi will take reasonable and effective measures to issue a public announcement. At the same time, Weizhi will also report the handling of user information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.

5.5 Weizhi stores the user information we collect within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If, under circumstances that comply with applicable laws, Weizhi needs to transfer personal information overseas for business purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance and inform you of the purpose of the transfer of user information overseas, the recipient, security measures, security risks, etc.

5.6 In the event that Weizhi products and services cease operation, Weizhi will take reasonable measures to protect your user information security, including promptly ceasing the collection of user information; notifying users of the cessation of operation will be done through individual delivery or public announcement; and deleting or anonymizing the personal information held by Weizhi .

5.7 Before using user information beyond the stated purpose when collecting it or beyond the scope that is directly or reasonably related to it, Weizhi will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent.

VI. Your Rights

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, as well as common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee your right to exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:

6.1 Accessing or correcting personal information

You have the right to access your personal information, except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise your data access rights, you can do so yourself through the following methods:

6.1.1 Your Account Information: If you need to change your personal information in your Weizhi account, you need to do so through the Weizhi IoT client: Homepage—top left corner menu icon to access the personal information page. Other Weizhi software can be configured in the "My" page.

6.1.2 Your Weizhi Cloud Service Usage. In the Weizhi IoT client, you can access the cloud storage page via the top-left corner icon on the homepage to view your cloud storage usage. You can also view product information such as device model and serial number, as well as device sharing, SD card settings, and cloud recording functions, through the "More Functions" page in the top right corner of the individual device preview box. Other Weizhi software can be configured on the "My" page.

6.1.3 Personal Information You Cannot Access or Correct: In addition to the information listed above, we are unable to provide access to or correction of some of your personal information. This information primarily includes your device information collected to improve your user experience and ensure transaction security, as well as personal information necessary to ensure the normal operation of the business functions you have selected. We will use this information within the scope of your authorization. You cannot access or correct this information, but you can contact us for deletion or anonymization.

6.2 Deleting Personal Information

6.2.1 You may request that we delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;

3) If our processing of your personal information violates our agreement with you;

4) If you have cancelled your Weizhi account;

5) If we terminate our services and operations.

6.2.2 For security reasons, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. Weizhi may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us, requiring them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

6.2.3 When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete this information when the backup is updated.

6.3 Changing the scope of authorization or withdrawing authorization

6.3.1 You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, disabling a service or function, adjusting privacy settings on the Weizhi website or software, or managing application permissions. You can also withdraw all authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account.

6.3.2 Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

6.4 Account Cancellation

You may cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can do so yourself in the following ways: In the Weizhi IoT client, you can go to the "Cancel Account" page through "My Account" on the "My" page to cancel your account; for other Weizhi software, you can make the corresponding settings on the "My" page. After canceling your account, we will immediately cease providing you with products or services and delete your personal information immediately upon your request.
